CNCS technicians are factory trained on performing preventive maintenance, major and minor repairs, alignments, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic. We work on all machines but specialize in Hardinge, Clausing, Fadel, Mori Seiki, K&T, Giddings and Lewis, Motch & Merryweather, Pratt & Whitney, all Fanuc controlled machines and all knee mills (Bridgeport, Cleveland, Lagun etc.). Thermal imaging technicians are all certified Thermographers in both residential and industrial applications.

 CNCS  specialize in Hardinge machines with OEM factory trained field engineers with many years experience on the repair of Hardinge products.

 

Sameca Parts & Service center   
 

With Sameca going out of business over 20 years ago, has left a void in service and parts for there bar feeders. CNCS has taken over that void and is offering service and parts for your Sameca bar feeder. We also offer a retrofit package removing existing electronics and install up to date electronics system which will give you many more years out of your bar feeder.

 

 Fanuc and PC based controlled Machines

 

CNCS  specialize in the servicing of Fanuc and PC based controlled machines Mori Seiki, Okuma, Fadel, Bridgeport, OKK, Wasino,  Hass, and Doosan to name a few. Servicing all aspects of the machine tool mechanical, electrical pneumatic and control, we started out mainly repairing Hardinge machines but due to customer request have been servicing all CNC, manual machine tool and all model knee mills

 

Rebuild Center:

 

Machine Rebuild:   

 We offer machine weekend rebuilds on Hardinge models, the process begins on Friday and ends on Monday with your machine back on-line. We rebuild all makes of machines but specialize in Hardinge equipment.

Turret , Collet Closer  & Gearbox Rebuilds:  

We specialize in Hardinge and various other machine turrets.  The process begins on Friday with the removal of the turret and reinstalled on Monday at less than half the cost of Hardinge and with a 6 month warranty (Hardinge is a 3 month warranty).  

Spindle & Live Tooling Rebuild:     

We offer Spindle rebuilds on Hardinge models both lathe and mills. Turn around time average is about a week, time depending on condition of spindle and if main bearing surfaces have to be chromed and ground. We also offer removal and installation at our normal service rates.   

 

Rotary Table and Indexers Rebuild   

CNCS Rebuilds all makes of Rotary tables and indexers. We specialize in Tsudakoma and Hardinge product line.

 

Retrofits:   

 We offer machine retrofits on Hardinge models both CNC and Manual lathes and mills.  Home switches reconditioning, manual lathe fwd / reverse high / low switches, turret pressurization.

 

RS232 Communications:

Preventive Maintenance  

 We offer one of the best preventive maintenance packages including thorough mechanical checks, Thermal imaging and machine cleaning.   Our preventive maintenance program is offered on Saturdays so you incur no downtime.   In the future, we will be offering an online troubleshooting guide which will be free to PM customers.

 

Thermal Imaging include:  

RESIDENTIAL:   

Consists of weatherization inspection water damage, electrical inspection, assist pest/wildlife control in locating nests in walls to minimize removal damage.  You will find more information within the website.

Commercial:  

Consists of machine inspections, electrical inspections and weatherization inspection.

We have top of the line Flir thermal imaging camera and Minneapolis blower door (computer controlled).
