Collet Closer

We rebuild all closers but specialize in Hardinge machines

CNCS rebuilds all collet closers with minimal downtime with having most of the standard Hardinge rebuild parts in stock if your closer has other damage parts may be needed to be ordered from Hardinge. (we use all OEM parts when possible)  

With the parts on hand, the collet closer would be removed on Friday and reinstalled on Monday. Our cost is about half the cost of an OEM and we warranty our work for 6 months.

Prices are for rebuild only, removal or installation are at normal service rates and is not part of the rebuild warranty.  Units that are seized may or may not be repairable depending on damage and design of closer.

*Some collet closers not supported by the OEM will have to be reversed engineered which adds onto the rebuild time depending on the availability of the parts.
