Machine Rebuild (Mills)

Machine rebuild is a planned process with the parts being ordered and received before a date to do the job is scheduled.  These jobs are normally scheduled for a weekend beginning on Friday morning and completed by Monday.  The hours we work to accomplish the machine rebuild are long putting us on-site late Friday and Saturday night.  The charge would either be an hourly service rate or a flat rate depending on the machine. We also service and rebuild all knee mills, this process would be done in our shop.
