Rebuild Services
CNCS offers Machine, Turret, Turret gearboxes, Spindle, Collet closer, Live tooling holders, rebuilding at lower costs, faster turnaround and longer warranty than an OEM. Turnaround timeon a turret and collet closer for some machines being rebuilt in a weekend. For example, we remove the turret, collet closer or start the machine rebuild on Friday morning and have you back on line *Monday morning.
If you have a problem, CNCS has a cost effective solution.
*Timeframe is based on no major problems being uncovered, unusual wear or breakage, and if no additional parts have to be ordered or reworked.
This timeframe is for Hardinge machines. All other machines would be assessed for part availability which could affect the turn around time.
