CNCS offers competitive rates on Thermal Imaging and Weatherization Inspections.  Using the top of the line equipment we will inspect and suggest ways to resolve your problems. Listed below are some of the standard procedures and costs. Thermal Imaging Rates 

 $90.00/hour (minimum 1 hour)

$30.00/hour .40 mile travel

Window and Door Inspection

$150.00 Plus travel

Window and door inspection consists of Thermal Imaging all your windows and doors with a report on CD of the findings.

Radiant Floor Inspection

$150.00 Plus travel

Thermal Imaging inspection of your radiant floors, inspecting for leaks and problem coils with a report on CD of the findings.

Blower Door Inspection

$150.00 Plus travel

Blower door inspection consists of installing a computer controlled calibrated fan in your doorway, measuring air leaks and identifying the air leaks origin.

Weatherization Inspection

$.15  per  sq. ft.

$25.00/hour travel first hour of travel Free

CD report with viewing software/ included

Example: House is 2200 square feet

Cost = 2200 x $.15 = $330.00 plus travel

Minimum charge $150.00 plus travel

Weatherization inspection would consist of Thermal Imaging and blower door inspection.  Which allows us to see all areas of heat loss in your home. This inspection (1500 sq. ft home) would take 2 technicians minimum of 4 hours on site and 2 hours to analyze the test results.
