Some of the pictures below are of homes that were purchased with your normal home inspection and what was uncovered in some instances might have changed the course of the sale.

Note the heat loss around the heating vent the black area represents cold and escaping energy into the attic. Having this energy loss in this area is a two fold energy loss, one it is right next to a heating vent and two it is at the highest point in the room.

This thermal image is the outside of a older home that was converted from baseboard heat to forced hot air in which the heating contractor decided to run the heat vents to the second floor via the outside walls. This was not realized by the home buyer until a year later

Radiant Floor and Slab Foundations Inspection

Radiant Floor inspection, this inspection was done after installation checking for leaks and problem coils. This process could also be used to detect leaks in slab foundations.
